What To Expect
We begin with a brief 15-minute call to understand whether this approach is the right fit for you. If it is, we’ll book your session, which starts by discussing the problem you’d like to change, what you’ve already tried, and what life looks like when the problem is no longer there.
— Sessions are typically 1.5 hrs
Hypnotherapy combines guided conversation with a naturally focused state of attention, psychotherapy, CBT, and NLP.

In that state, we work with the learned patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that have kept the problem in place, creating the opportunity for your mind to respond differently.

You remain aware, in control, and able to speak throughout the session.
Everything is done with your full participation, and you can stop at any time.
